Whether related to your job, personal growth, career changes, or skill improvement, coaching uses questions, active listening, and feedback to guide you, allowing you to take charge and find solutions for your success.

Counselling

I provide a safe space in which you can explore your past to understand how it might be affecting current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This helps us figure out the reasons behind your challenges. By gaining insight into your past experiences, we can work together to find ways to move forward in your life. It’s like uncovering the roots of issues to help you grow and make positive changes for the future.

Using a basis of positive psychology helps my clients become more self-aware and identify their own positive traits, talents, and strengths.

  • Couples Therapy – improving communication and strengthening the bond with your partner
